Q. How safe are the bouncers?

A. We do not own any bouncers that are
rated high for injuries, but suprovision is
alway advised. children of the same size
should be in at the same time so that the
larger ones don't cause the smaller ones to
be bounced around. Slides do not matter.
But watch the roudy ones, and use good
sense.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: No. But we do need Cash on Delivery.
Our delivery man will not leave a bouncer
without payment.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?

A: Yes, but be sure to let us know as soon as
possible.

Q: Are your bouncers clean?

A: Yes, we are constantly maintaining our
bouncers to ensure cleanliness and repair.
Our drivers are even equipped with
cleaning supplies.

Q: What is the occupancy limit for the
bouncers?

A: Only compatible age groups and size
shall play on the JUMP unit at the same
time. The maximum number of riders of
each group that should play in the JUMP
unit at one time is:
13 X 13 Unit Size
Children 6 and under - 15
Children 6 to 10... 10-12
To 12 Older Teens Adults can use it, but
remember the capacity is 240 pounds
b. All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before
playing in the JUMP unit.
c. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS
ARE NOT ALLOWED.
d. CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON
YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS
ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE
OF
THE JUMP UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL
RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
e. Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy,
food or other sticky substances are allowed
in the JUMP unit. If upon pick up, such
cleaning is required then a $50.00 cleaning
fee shall be automatically imposed.
DO NOT MOVE the JUMP unit from the
place where it was installed. If the JUMP
unit moves, pull the corner back to its
original location of installation.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to most of what is
considered to be the Las Vegas Valley.
We do charge a small delivery fee in
some cases to subsidize the gas
expense of our drivers. For complete

Q: What are the layouts you set up
on?

A: We set up on grass, pavement, rock,
gravel, dirt, blacktop, and sand. We
provide tarps for all of the above.

Q: Can they be set up in the back
yard?

A: In most cases, yes. Some of our
units are very large and heavy though.
If you are renting a slide or a combo,
you should have clear path to the back
yard.

Q: What if it rains?

A: We won't deliver if it's raining. In cases
of extreme weather
(ex. hard rain or strong wind) you should
evacuate the unit and seek shelter. There
is no refund for rain once the unit has
been
delivered.
